Shipping & Delivery Information

Details of all the delivery options follow if you have any questions please just drop us a call or send us an email.
Please note that the only UK service that has a guaranteed delivery time is Special delivery. If you need your flask urgently then we advise you give us a call to let us know about your order and we will do all we can to get it out in the next post and by the fastest method. If an order is placed before 2pm we will aim to dispatch the same working day.
Special Delivery - Next Working Day before
1 pm
1st Class (Recorded) - 1-2 Working Days
International Delivery services do not have guaranteed delivery
times. If you would like a better estimate of delivery times then
please get in touch by email or by phone and we will try and check
for you.
Airmail International Signed - 3-8 Working Days
If you are ordering in the UK and would like to insure your item in the post please choose Special Delivery. Please note that all our delivery methods will require a signature on delivery. If you know that nobody will be in to sign for the parcel then you can choose to have the order delivered to an alternative address.
Guaranteed Delivery on Saturday
We offer a
Guaranteed delivery service on Saturday's for orders placed on Friday
however you need to call or email before ordering to confirm
availability. The service costs £3.50 in additional to the normal
next working day delivery charge.
Engraving
Engraving adds up to 3 working days to the dispatch and delivery times quoted above. This includes orders placed with 'Next Working Day' delivery selected. If you need
your flask urgently then we advise you give us a call to let us
know about your order and we will do all we can to get it out as soon as possible.
Free Delivery Promotion
From time to time we
may run free delivery promotions. Customers will be notified of this
on the homepage and any such promotion will automatically apply when
you order goes over the threshold.
Bank Holiday & Closures
Please note
we are closed for all UK ( English ) bank holidays and thus delivery
times will be extended around these periods. If we are closed for any
other reason a notice will be placed on this page and the checkout.
BFPO (British Forces Post Office)
All
customers wanting to ship an order to a BFPO address should select
BFPO as the recipient country. Please note you will need to pick
International Signed for as the delivery method for all BFPO address.
We will forward a letter by email to confirm the recipient's status,
which will need to be signed and returned before the order can be
processed. If you need any more details please give us a call.
