Returns Policy

Hipflask.co.uk are very proud to offer a no hassle 21 day returns policy, so you can order with confidence happy that if you are not entirely satisfied with your order then you have a few weeks to return it for a replacement or a refund.

You may cancel your order for any reason within 7 days of receiving your Goods (the 'Cooling-Off Period'). All Goods cancelled within the Cooling-Off Period must be returned to us. If you wish to cancel Goods within the Cooling-Off Period please notify us (by phone, or in writing) and we will issue a refund within 30 days. If cancelling Goods within the Cooling-Off Period, it is your duty to take reasonable care of the Goods and return them to us in original condition.

Outside the cooling off period you can still cancel you order up to 21 days from date of delivery for full credit or refund less any delivery charges. It is your responsibility to return any goods in their original condition and packaging. You will be responsible for the return of the goods and any associated costs of return. Goods received back incomplete, damaged or in any condition other than originally sent may not be accepted for return. Prior to returning any products, please notify us.

Where goods are refunded, the original postage costs for those orders will only be refunded for those sent originally by standard 1st class and 1st class recorded post. Postage costs will not be refunded for special next day delivery and Saturday guaranteed post.
